Buyer questions

Used excavator FAQ.

Direct answers to the questions international buyers commonly ask before requesting a machine quotation.

Ask about a machine
Are the excavators shown on the website physically in stock?

A published product page represents a specific machine and uses an inventory ID. Availability can change, so ask us to reconfirm the inventory ID, current location and sale status before making any payment.

Which used excavator brands can you supply from China?

Our published brand directory includes Caterpillar, Volvo, SDLG, SANY, XCMG, LiuGong, Komatsu, Hitachi, Doosan, Lovol, Sumitomo and Kobelco. If the required model is not listed, send us the brand, model, budget and destination so we can check sourcing options.

How can I verify the condition of a used excavator before buying?

Start with the serial plate, current photos and a cold-start video, then inspect the engine, hydraulics, structure, undercarriage, swing, travel functions and visible leaks. Request an independent inspection when the purchase risk or distance justifies it. The result must relate to the exact inventory ID.

Are year, working hours and specifications guaranteed?

Only treat details published for the individual inventory ID as the current information source, and reconfirm them before contracting. Meter hours, manufacturing year, configuration and serial details should not be inferred when a field is missing or pending verification.

Why do some excavators show ‘Contact for price’?

Machine price can depend on current condition, preparation, attachments, loading method and destination. A quotation should state what is included and separate machine-side charges from freight and destination-side costs.

Can you arrange international shipping for an excavator?

Shipping support can be coordinated after the destination, machine dimensions, operating weight and loading condition are confirmed. Depending on the machine and route, a forwarder may consider container, flat rack, roll-on/roll-off or breakbulk service. The final method and cost must come from the applicable carrier or forwarder quote.

What should I confirm before paying for a used excavator?

Confirm the seller identity, beneficiary account, exact inventory ID, serial details, inspection evidence, written inclusions, payment milestones, loading responsibility and agreed trade terms. Do not rely on a model name or catalogue photo alone.

Can you source a specific model that is not currently listed?

Yes, you can submit the brand, model, preferred year range, working-hour range, budget, required attachments and destination port. Sourcing is subject to actual market availability, and any candidate machine still requires machine-specific verification.
