How we handle your inquiry information
When you submit our website inquiry form, we save the contact details and purchase requirements you provide in our private inquiry records so we can reply. We also send the inquiry details to our sales mailbox. WhatsApp buttons are a separate way to contact us.
Information you choose to provide
Your inquiry may include your name, WhatsApp number, email, company, destination, requested machine, quantity, budget, purchase timing and message. Please only provide information relevant to your equipment inquiry.
We may attach the inventory ID, brand, model, product page, source page and campaign attribution to identify the machine and understand how your inquiry began.
Where your website inquiry goes
We save successfully submitted inquiries in a private Cloudflare database and use them to respond to your request. Inquiry details are not published on the website. Our notification system sends a copy to Leander@chinese-excavators.com through our Aliyun enterprise email service.
Contacting us through WhatsApp
WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp with a prepared message. You can review or edit it before sending. Clicking a button alone does not send us a WhatsApp message. If you send it, WhatsApp processes the conversation under its own terms and privacy policy.
Analytics and infrastructure
Our conversion analytics can record the page, language, inventory ID, brand, model and campaign labels. We do not include your name, email, telephone number or inquiry text in these analytics events.
We may keep first-visit attribution in browser session storage for the current browsing session. Cloudflare supplies our hosting, inquiry storage and security services and processes request data needed to provide and protect the website.
