Paint and preparation evidence
Treat paint status as evidence, not a condition score.
Plinton Machinery mainly displays original-paint used excavators. Custom preparation is carried out only when a client explicitly requests it. For any stock ID, ask what is visible before work, what preparation was requested and what evidence is available.
What does original-paint presentation tell a buyer?
It describes how the machine is being presented; it is not by itself a guarantee about every component or past repair. Review the stock photos, inspect the machine and record any point that remains unverified.
When is custom preparation performed?
Only after a client explicitly requests it. The requested cleaning, cosmetic or other preparation scope should be stated separately so it is not confused with the machine's condition when first presented.
How should the two options be compared?
Compare the same stock ID, pre-work photos, requested preparation and post-work evidence. Use an in-person inspection, machine test, video inspection or video call when you need additional verification.
