Describe the job and the destination
Include the preferred model or weight class, attachment, quantity, budget and target purchase time. Add the destination country and port if known. If you have an inventory ID, include it so the discussion stays with the same machine.
Agree the inspection before the purchase
Plinton supports yard visits, machine inspection and operation checks, video inspection and video calls. Discuss the checks you need, including starting, hydraulics, travel and the undercarriage. Ask which checks and videos are available for the selected unit.
Compare the scope of each quotation
Ask for the machine, any requested preparation, inland transport and ocean freight to be itemized as applicable. Confirm the trade term, shipping configuration, included attachments and destination handling. Freight needs measured machine data and a route-specific quote.
