China Excavator Hub is operated by a used-equipment seller. Our buyer guides support commercial buyers; they are not independent inspection reports, legal advice, customs rulings or carrier quotations. This commercial relationship is stated so readers can judge the content in context.

Source hierarchy

1. Regulators and international bodies for emissions, transport and safety requirements.
2. Original equipment manufacturers for published machine specifications and maintenance guidance.
3. Individual stock evidence for the facts of a machine being offered, including its photos, documents, meter, serial details and inspection evidence.

Where a buyer guide relies on an external rule or specification, the relevant section links to the source and the full reference appears at the end of the article.

Machine-specific claims

We do not fill gaps with assumptions. A model name does not prove a production year, meter reading, operating weight, engine configuration, condition, location, availability or import eligibility. These details are published only when tied to the relevant stock ID and should be reconfirmed before payment.

Each guide begins with a direct answer, then explains decision factors, evidence to request, practical next steps, frequently asked questions and sources. Published and updated dates are shown on the article. We change the update date only when the article or its evidence has materially changed.
