Buyer-controlled verification

Inspect the machine before it ships.

Choose the level of evidence and access that fits the machine and your risk. We organize the request around a real stock ID and state clearly what was checked, what was observed and what remains unverified.

Inspection workflow

Evidence first. Claims second.

The workflow follows a consistent sequence while allowing the depth to change by machine. That keeps the process useful without inventing a universal score or unsupported condition claim.

01

Confirm the machine

Start with the product URL or stock ID. We confirm the machine identity, current availability and the information already recorded.

02

Agree the scope

Tell us what matters most to you. The requested checks, media, timing, access and any third-party cost are confirmed before work begins.

03

Collect baseline evidence

Available evidence can include the serial plate, hour meter, cold-start sequence, walk-around photos and visible condition details.

04

Check key systems

Engine, hydraulics, travel, swing, structure, undercarriage, cab and electrical items are reviewed to the agreed depth.

05

Share findings

Requested photos, videos and observations are organized around the machine. Anything not checked or not verifiable is marked clearly.

06

Verify before shipment

You may review remotely, visit in person, appoint an agent or nominate an independent inspector before shipping is arranged.

Requested check areas

Focus on systems that affect the buying decision.

These are available inspection categories, not automatic certifications. The exact scope is agreed for each stock unit.

Engine & cold start

Visible leaks, start behavior, smoke, idle stability and unusual noise can be reviewed when the machine can be safely operated.

  • Cold-start request
  • Running video
  • Visible leak check

Hydraulic system

Requested checks can cover the main pump, cylinders, hoses and operating response without turning observations into unsupported guarantees.

  • Boom, arm and bucket
  • Swing response
  • Cylinder and hose condition

Travel & undercarriage

Travel operation, track condition and visible wear points can be documented. Precise wear measurements must be specifically requested.

  • Forward and reverse travel
  • Track and roller views
  • Sprocket and idler views

Structure & work tools

Boom, arm, bucket, pins, bushes, weld areas and visible structural condition can be photographed from accessible positions.

  • Boom and arm
  • Bucket and linkage
  • Visible repair areas

Cab & electrical

Controls, display, warning indicators, lights and cab condition can be demonstrated when available and safe to test.

  • Monitor and hour display
  • Controls and switches
  • Cab condition

Identity & documents

The stock ID, serial plate and available machine documents can be cross-referenced. Availability varies by machine and destination.

  • Serial plate image
  • Stock record match
  • Document availability

Choose your verification route

Remote, in person or independent.

A buyer should be able to increase the level of verification when the order value, destination or machine condition requires it.

Remote evidence

Suitable when you need extra photos, a walk-around or specific functional videos before deciding the next step.

Buyer or agent visit

Visit the yard yourself or appoint a local representative. Access and machine operation are scheduled in advance.

Independent inspection

You may nominate an independent inspector, including SGS or another qualified provider. Scope, access, cost and timing are agreed separately.

Pre-shipment verification

Before dispatch, request confirmation of the selected stock ID, visible prepared condition and loading evidence.

What you can request

Machine identity, targeted photos, functional videos, visible condition notes and third-party access.

What we do not invent

No automatic original-paint, low-hour or excellent-condition claims. Unknown items remain clearly unverified.

What stays attached

Your inquiry records the source page and product when available, so sales can respond to the correct machine.

Used-machine inspection boundary

Condition evidence supports a decision; it is not a promise of future performance.

Inspection FAQ

Questions buyers should ask early.

Confirm inspection access and evidence before committing to preparation or transport.

Is every inspection item mandatory?

No. Inspection depth depends on the machine, buyer request, safe access and agreed scope. Missing data is shown as unverified instead of being guessed.

Can I request a cold-start video?

Yes. Ask before the machine is started that day. Scheduling and site conditions can affect when the video is available.

Can I send my own inspector?

Yes. Buyer, agent and independent inspections can be arranged by appointment, subject to yard access and safety requirements.

Do you automatically certify original paint or low hours?

No. Labels such as original paint, low hours or excellent condition are only used when an administrator has supporting information. The website does not infer them automatically.

Does an inspection remove all used-machine risk?

No. An inspection improves transparency but cannot predict every future failure. Confirm the scope, review the evidence and use an independent specialist when the purchase risk warrants it.
